Truly, it is tragic when officers are killed in the line of duty. At the end of the day, they are people like everyone else, and as anti-police as I am, you won’t find me condoning their murder. With that being said, if you’re going to mourn tragedies like this while ignoring the deadly serious issues with policing in this country, particularly as they relate to militarization and brutality, particularly against people of color, you can fuck right off.
